Refund policy

Returns:

As flowers are a perishable item, all flower sales are final. Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • All issues must be raised to us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will replace any damaged bouquet which may have had its quality affected during transportation
  • As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, a store credit may be available
  • Issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
  • As flowers are perishable, you must follow our care instructions found on the care card provided with your flowers, otherwise they will not last as long as they should. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.
  • As flower varieties are not always in season or in stock, we reserve the right to substitute flowers with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation.
  • Please be aware that different flower types will wilt at different times. A carnation for example will outlive a more delicate flower such as a sweet pea. It's the nature of nature!

  

Subscriptions:

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime up to 3 days before your next scheduled delivery. Simply request a cancellation by sending a message to hello@mollieandmauve.co.uk. Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel following this 3 day cut off point as your flowers will have already been ordered in. Should you cancel after this deadline, the cancellation will come into effect following this delivery.
